ABOUT US
We loved Florida from the very first moment: the weather fits perfectly with enjoying a fresh Gelato in the sun, friendly communities and a thriving gastronomic destination. We arrived in Naples, Florida in August 2019, with the aim of delivering the traditional welcoming experience and delighting locals with authentic gelato. Since day one, we realized Gelato & CO and the 5th avenue were a match made in heaven, making Gelato & CO Naples one of our most important venues.
OUR PRODUCTS
We make our gelato with very high-quality ingredients, staying true to the original recipes from our homeland, Italy. By producing our gelato on-site daily, we achieve full bodied texture and flavor in our gelato.
We aim to embody the “farm to table concept” using products from local farmers whenever possible. When we import ingredients, we source them from small producers that prioritize quality over quantity. Flavorings, GMOs and preservatives have no place at Gelato & Co.
It doesn’t simply translate into the outstanding flavour and texture of our gelato, but also into the structure of our supply chain. Each of our shop is equipped with internal laboratories that guarantee a FULL homemade production process, which takes place on a daily-basis.
Quality is our core value but not the only one. Freshness is also one of our key driver too, which is once again reflected in the choices made along our supply chain. We source ingredients from both local farms, such as seasonal fruits, and from our motherland, like Sicilian pistachios, almonds and piemontese hazelnuts.
We also offer products suitable to Vegans and Celiac: flavours free of dairy products, gluten and top allergens are available.
Our recipes are made without artificial preservatives, colourings, flavourings or other integrated blends.
