RO&CO Barbecue

Ro & Co Barbecue is a Texas-style craft barbecue pop-up and catering company based in Bonita Springs, FL and serving Southwest Florida, created by Tyler and Jolene Garrison. After years of barbecuing, Tyler developed a passion for barbecue and decided he wanted to share this passion of smoking meats and creating the best Texas-style barbecue he can make. Using Texas-style barbecue as a base, he also utilizes Asian influences in some of his menu items, such as Gochujang and other Asian/Korean flavors. They regularly introduce new items and flavors with a goal of introducing something different at every pop-up they do.

Tyler’s biggest inspiration came after a visit to Goldee’s BBQ, Texas Monthly’s # 1 BBQ joint in Texas, during a trip to Fort Worth, Texas. This trip solidified his opinion that Texas-style barbecue is the best style of barbecue, even after growing up in North Carolina and having Carolina barbecue in his DNA. Using a Texas-style direct flow offset smoker and white oak, all of his meats are smoked for hours with real wood and a live fire.

The name of their company comes from taking the first two letters of both of their two son’s names, Rowan and Colton.
