Pali Delights was created with one goal: to share the true taste of Palestine through small-batch, handcrafted foods made with care. Every recipe is rooted in family tradition – from our fresh cinnamon rolls and classic baklava to our Jerusalem-sourced olive oil, za’atar blends, and naturally cured olives.

Each item is prepared in my home kitchen, using high-quality ingredients and time-honored methods that preserve the richness of Palestinian heritage.

About the Owner

Welcome to Pali Delights, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about the passion behind my work. My name is Galia Amin, and I am the founder and creator of this small-batch, home-based brand inspired by the authentic flavors and traditions of Palestine.

My culinary journey began with a deep appreciation for the recipes, aromas, and memories passed down through my family. Growing up, the scents of cinnamon, warm dough, honey syrup, and freshly pressed olive oil were constant reminders of home. Today, I bring those same traditions into my kitchen here in Florida, crafting each product with intention, care, and respect for where it comes from.
