My name is Juan Perez and I’m the Owner of Paella’s Mediterranean Fusion. My culinary journey began in 2009 as a sous chef, where I honed my skills  for Mediterranean cuisine.

Eventually, I became the head chef at Lamoraga, further refining my craft. Driven by my love for cooking, I made the exciting decision to open my own restaurant, aiming to bring joy to the Naples community through exceptional food and warm hospitality.

My goal is to create memorable dining experiences that make our customers feel truly special.
