C&C Medical group was established by two college best friends formerly from Miami who have studied and worked together through the years and have become family. Our group considers caring for our patients to be our calling. We are dedicated to providing our patients with medical expertise but above all humanity and kindness.

Meet Our Primary Care Doctors
Dr. Jessica Castaneira
Dr. Castaneira originally from Cuba is board certified in Family medicine. She completed her residency training alongside her high school sweetheart husband and colleague, Dr. Dairo Castillo in Tallahassee.
Currently, Jessica and her husband are happy to have made Naples their forever home. She is keen on making lifelong connections with her patients and has a specific inclination toward women’s health and aesthetics. In her free time, she is dedicated to her family- her husband, two boys, and little girl.
Dr. Dairo Castillo
Dr. Castillo was born in La Habana, Cuba. He grew up in Miami and is a former Summa Cum Laude graduate of FIU. He completed his medical degree at American University of the Caribbean and fulfilled his residency training in Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Dr. Castillo is board certified in Family Medicine.
Dairo has been practicing in Naples ever since, he prefers traditional medicine and is committed to providing his patients with genuine exceptional care.
On his time outside of work, he is a committed husband to his high school sweetheart and a father of three. He enjoys spending quality time with his sons and playing with his baby girl.
Dr. Jose Cardoso
He is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Cardoso is fluent in Spanish.
He likes exercising, reading and comedy but above all he specially enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and two beautiful children.
