About Us
Welcome to our gym!
We are the proud owners and operators of this health studio, and we’re excited to tell you a bit about ourselves.
First and foremost, we are a couple who shares a passion for health, fitness, and wellness. Our names are Matt and Ariana, and we are thrilled to be able to bring our knowledge and experience to this gym.
Ariana has been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She is a certified personal trainer, group instructor, and former collegiate athlete with expertise in a variety of workout modalities including strength training & yoga. Her passion for helping people is unmatched and she loves nothing more than seeing our members progress and reach new levels of strength & vitality.
As for myself, I have always been an avid fitness enthusiast, and I’ve been lifting weights and studying sports kinesiology since I was a high school tri-athlete. I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist and an expert in nutrition & the keto diet and I love sharing my knowledge and experience with others who are looking to increase their fitness levels. Since I’ve discovered Power Plate, I’ve found new life in my own fitness regimen as well as my client’s. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, I am here to help you achieve your goals.
Together we are dedicated to creating a gym environment that is welcoming, supportive, and inclusive. We believe that fitness is for everyone regardless of age, ability, or background and we are committed to helping all of our members feel empowered, confident, and especially VIBRANT in their bodies.

Services
Classes

Power Plate Classes
Classes are 30 minutes – which includes time for stretching, workout and massaging. Classes can accommodate up to 6 people and include everything from strength, HIIT, balance and more!

Power Plate Stretch/Yoga Classes
Classes are 30 minutes – which include various stretches and yoga poses. Light equipment such as a foam roller or bands are used to help enhance certain stretches.
Private Training / Self Services

Power Plate Private Training
Sessions are either 30 minutes or an hour – which includes stretching, workout and massage with the massage gun by your trainer. Private sessions will include workouts tailored to your specific goals/needs. Private sessions include a Power Plate and various strength training equipment.

Bemer Therapy Sessions
Bemer Sessions are 8, 16 or 20 minutes long. You have a closed off area to provide a darker and quieter atmosphere while the PEMF technology does all the work. Enjoy a nap, a book or just some alone time!

Power Plate REV Bike
Power Plates new Rev Bike sessions are 5-15 minutes long and you can turn the vibration on and off during any part of your ride. The Rev includes Power Plates VibeShift (patent pending) vibrational technology making a level 1 resistance equivalent to a level 5 resistance without vibration. Rev research shows compared to a traditional fitness bike – 43% increase in Calf activation, 167% increase in Quad activation, 144% increase in hamstring activation and 138% increase in Glute activation.
Semi – Privates

Power Plate Balance
Semi – Private
Sessions are 30 minutes – which include a variety of exercises tailored towards balance and strengthening the core and leg muscles.

Beginners Aerial Pole & Silk Semi-Private
Sessions are 30 minutes – our beginners aerial silk & pole semi-private teach the basics of each. Looking for a more fun, deeper stretch or upper body/core workout? Try out Aerial Silk and Pole!
