Rental Attendant/Mate - Pure Florida

This role demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to clearly communicate safety protocols to renters. We’re looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills, adaptability, and ideally some mechanical experience, although it’s not a strict requirement. Flexibility is key, as this position will entail a varied schedule. After you have mastered the rental dock you will be cross trained as a mate on our various tours. This role is perfect for someone who is eyeing their captains license down the line. Responsibilities include but not limited to-

Complete daily safety checks on all vessels daily
Provide outstanding customer service
Communicate effectively with customers on safety briefings and our tours
Daily cleaning/inspection of vessels
Ability to operate personal water-crafts and boats
Assisting in maintenance with fleet
Work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Able to lift/push 50lbs

Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
