In 2020, as the world ran as fast as they could with alcohol from all the uncertainty, Amber Cebull leaned into alcohol-free options. as the co-owner in a shut-down brewery, opening a non-alcoholic craft cocktail bar and launching a carboned CBD beverage were quite the pivot.
Amber quickly began geeking out on herbal tinctures, selling functional teas and using non-alcoholic spirits in her crafted cocktails.Gather was born.

Amber sworn against “natural” flavorings, preservatives and artificial colors. the vibrant colors and flavors are all from the herbs – from nature, not labs.
“I want to show people that real ingredients can be used to make incredible non-alcoholic craft cocktails – our goal is to completely change the way bars, bartenders, consumers and producers conceive non-alcoholic cocktails by bringing function and flavor to the table.
According to Amber, “we want to show the non-alcoholic industry what top shelf can look like and bring craft in a space full of industrialized co-packaging where owners rarely touch the product during the brewing process.”
“Our hope is that one day, similar to the beer industry with the appreciation of independent craft, people will look to elixir and spirit brands that are as proud of the process and ingredients behind their products as they are to sell the bottles themselves.”
