About Us
Spectrum Concierge was founded in 2013 by Dave and Steph Feightner and provides a variety of home management and concierge services focused on the challenges of home ownership in Southwest Florida. We bridge the gap between a home watch service and estate managers, and personalize our estate management services to fit your exact needs.
Our Services extend way beyond home watch as our team of trained Home Service Professionals and Administrative Concierges can manage all aspects of your home, from providing basic repairs and handyman services, meet with vendors and oversee on-going projects, and ensuring your home is properly maintained.
The Spectrum Concierge Difference
Not every home watch and concierge service is the same. We take pride in going above and beyond for our client’s homes to properly maintain their property. We act as an invaluable resource to our homeowners, who come to us for anything regarding their home, as they know we keep their best interest in mind.
One of the primary differences in working with Spectrum Concierge is our team structure, which provides a foundation allowing us to deliver timely, pro-active and detailed service to our clients. Aside from visiting the home to evaluate its condition and/or conduct maintenance, there inevitably are tasks to be scheduled, conversations to be followed up on with both homeowners and vendors, and documentation needed of the on-going events at the home. Our field technicians (Home Service Professional) are aligned with our office personnel (Administrative Concierge) to accomplish all of this, and deliver a thorough, detailed home service experience.

As Spectrum is now in its ninth year of operation, we have a team of dedicated, quality individuals who day in and day out generate a positive culture in our workplace. Each team member brings value and knowledge to our organization, and through our daily education moments, we give them a chance to share their knowledge and tips with the rest of the team so we can continue to learn and make improvements to how we do things.
