THE FACTORY
Open-air fitness pavilion — is one of many features geared toward the local community at Paradise Coast Sports Complex. Located next to The Great Lawn and The Cove, The Factory consists of five unique areas: National Fitness Court, Open-Air Classroom, MoveStrong Obstacle Course, Open-Air Weight Room and The Lake Trail complete with MoveStrong workout stations along the path.
NATIONAL FITNESS COURT
The National Fitness Court® was designed by a talented team to create the most advanced outdoor training platform and wellness ecosystem in the world. This unique outdoor feature will be open to the public and can be utilized by the fitness community for special programing. The National Fitness Court is available for use by the public at no charge

OPEN-AIR CLASSROOM
The Open-Air Classroom connects to the National Fitness Court and features the same rubberized workout surface. This space is an open workout area that can be used for activities like yoga and can be rented to host private classes.
MOVESTRONG OBSTACLE COURSE
MoveStrong is bringing their unique fitness setup to Paradise! Utilizing functional fitness equipment this setup harnesses your body as resistance and uses basic tools like dead weights and free-form moving objects to promote stability and free range of movement. The MoveStrong Obstacle Course is part of the membership portion of The Factory.
MOVESTRONG OPEN-AIR WEIGHT ROOM
The Open-Air Weight Room is part of the membership portion of The Factory, and features a wide equipment for endurance and strength building.
THE LAKE TRAIL & MOVESTRONG FITNESS STATIONS
The Factory’s Lake Trail is a paved walking/running trail that surrounds the on-site lake. The approximately one-mile trail features MoveStrong Fitness Stations along the path where guests can work on strength and agility, in addition to their cardio workout. The Lake Trail is available for use by the public at no charge.
