Welcome to the newly renovated Shoppes at Dockside! This friendly shopping destination is made up of over 22,000 square feet and features a wide variety of unique local businesses made up of small shops and dining!

In March of 2021, we purchased this wonderful property from the previous owner who had plans to raze the property and redevelop it into condominiums. When we learned this, we thought how terrible it would be to tear down such an iconic part of the Tin City area? We realized its notable influence and continued future potential and decided to purchase the property and, in return, renovate it for lease to local retailers.

We are a passionate group that cares deeply about the city of Naples and its history and strives to continue its longstanding traditions. We take pride in restoring this property into the bustling shopping destination it once was!
