Hot Stamping & Embossing

Hot Stamping can be a cost-effective way to personalize or decorate items with an impressive, high-quality appearance. Materials such as natural leather, plastic, and wood, can all be decorated using the hot stamping method. The attention-grabbing effect this process offers is not achievable with pad printing or screen-printing inks. Computerized Rotary Engraving

Because of the wide range of substrates that rotary machines can engrave, our customers have the opportunity to engrave a variety of different products. While Laser Engraving and Sandcarving are great for engraving many trophies and awards, Rotary Engraving can be well suited for custom metal signage, as well as many traditional items, such as products like tankards, flasks, boxes, watches, luggage tags, etc.

Sandcarving

The technique of Sandcarving involves using compressed air to force a stream of abrasive through a nozzle and onto a chosen substrate to etch or carve a design. With Sandcarving, many different types of effects can be created on glass or crystal, whether it’s lightly frosted images or deeply etched designs. The Sandcarving process results in exceptionally smooth, crisp lines, as it does not fracture the glass like some other engraving methods, which can result in chips or cracks on the edges of etched lines. Three-dimensional effects can be created by carving in stages, with each stage becoming progressively deeper.
