Dr Charina Yango-Cadavos is dual board certified in Family Medicine as well as Geriatric Medicine. She earned her degree at the University of the Philippines and completed post graduate education Residency and Fellowship at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, MO
She was also clinical professor at Nova University Fort Lauderdale FL
​Dr Yango has been recognized for her extensive skills and compassion for people as a Compass award recipient with NCH Hospital.

Evelyn Perez NP attended Wesleyan University Philippines for her undergraduate degrees in Nursing and she completed her MSN at University of Detroit Mercy in 2011. She worked her first NP job at Henry Ford Hospital Kidney/Pancreas Transplant Department for 5 years. She decided to move to Florida with her family to live in a warm weather near the ocean and enjoy the beautiful sunset. She has diverse experience in medical field. She affiliated with NCH in Naples. She provides the highest level of clinical skills and knowledge to her geriatric patients in compassionate and friendly setting. Evelyn also has passion in small business. On her own personal time she devotes herself in helping her client to have beautiful, flawless skin by providing classes on how to age gracefully. She is also a devoted wife and loving mother to her 3 children. She also has 3 dogs that she enjoys taking to the beach and park on her day off.
