At Florida Coast Counseling, we believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy, treating the whole person and not just their symptoms.
We use evidence-based techniques and work collaboratively with our clients to help them achieve their goals.We believe that everyone has the potential for growth and change, and that therapy can help unlock that potential.
We provide a safe and supportive environment where our clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. We have offices in Naples and Estero and provide in person and telehealth options, both in English and Spanish.
We work with most insurance plans and specialize in grief counseling, substance abuse, stress management, cancer, anger management, CBT, EMDR, mindfulness training, couples counseling and Acceptance and Commitment therapy.
