CHEF FRANCESO CARVELLI
Born in Mesoraca, Italy, small town of Calabria, Chef Francesco grew up with the passion of cooking passed from her mother Elisa Carvelli and support of his father Salvatore Carvelli. At the age of 13 years old, he decided to go to culinary school in Calabria, where he developed his skills in the kitchen and discovered the love for food as an art. After graduating, he went to Bellinzone, Switzerland to work on his first restaurant “Il Nuovo Fiore” where he learned the art of making pizza, he went back to Italy to work at “L’ Impero” restaurant. At the age of 20, came to USA to work at his brother’s restaurant “Davinci’s” in Marco Island, Florida where he became a Sous Chef and right after, a Chef.
