About Us
Founded around 2005, Critter Café provides a broad range of pet food and products. We also offer unique pet services including training, pet grooming, boarding and doggie day care. We believe pets make us better people and we understand that your pets are a part of your family. That is why we love providing every pet who visits us here with individual care and attention. We do our best every day for you and your family and it helps that, We Speak Pet. With over 3,000 boardings and 7,000 groomings yearly, our passionate associates help bring pet parents closer to their pets so they can live more fulfilled lives. Our vision impacts everything we do for our customers, the way we support our associates, and how we give back to our communities. What helps separate us from most stores is that our grooming is all-inclusive! Whether it’s merely a bath or a full groom, nails (cut or dremeled), ear cleaning and anal glands are included at no extra charge!

Knowing just a few basic first aid procedures can save your dogs life. But, remember that first aid care is not a substitute for veterinary attention.
Dog Boarding & Daycare
At Critter Cafe’ your dog is a member of our family too. We love and care for each dog as if they are our own. Our pet resort features individual rooms that are bright and spacious as we want them to be as happy and comfortable as possible.
Daycare
We feature 2 playrooms for our guests: one for the small dogs, one for the the large dogs. If your dogs are boarding with us, they have the option to join the appropriate daycare group during the day or some less active or social guests may prefer to retire to their individual suites. Daycare is a great option for people that work during the day, remodeling their homes, or just a fun environment for their dog to learn necessary social skills. Throughout the day, each group periodically goes outside to play in our fenced in area. We supply plenty of entertaining toys and balls for endless fun!Daycare hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. We are unable to check in earlier than 9:00am for any circumstance due to walking and feeding the dogs that are boarding with us as well as preparing the daycare rooms for the day.
Dog Boarding
Critter Cafe’ Pet Resort offers an open-air facility that’s cleaned and sanitized daily. We also have large rooms that can accommodate families with more than one dog so they may stay in the same room together. Every dog is treated individually and given an abundance of attention throughout the day. Because every dog is different and is on their own special diet, we require each dog to check in with their own food with clearly marked instructions and labels on each food bag and/or food can. If anything needs to be refrigerated, please indicate upon check-in. Critter Cafe’ will also administer any oral medication if needed. Please bring a list with any medications and dosage information with your pet’s arrival. Clearly label each medication and if refrigeration is needed.

Required Vaccinations for Boarding/Daycare
- Rabies – (Titer test is acceptable)
- DHLPPC (Distemper Combination) – (Titer test is acceptable)
- Bordatella (Kennel Cough)
- Veterinary Quality Monthly Flea & Tick Preventative
Check In/Check Out Procedure
- Check in time is Mon-Fri 9:00pm to 4:30pm.
- Check in time Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm. (All pick-up and drop-offs must be done during this time)
- Check out time Mon-Sat 9:00am- 1:00pm.
- Half day Boarding charge for check out after 1:00pm.
- Daycare drop and pick up Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- Half day Daycare charge for pick up after 5:00pm.
- Sunday/Holiday pickup for an additional fee. (Pick-ups and Drop-offs are done at 9:00am and 5:00pm)
