Born and Raised in Greece: Panagiotis and Sofia moved to Bonita Springs from Connecticut in 1996. Here in Bonita Springs a restaurant became available in 1998 and quickly bought and established themselves.  A simple integration of Panagiotis and Sofia’s Greek food heritage into the restaurant soon made it a success.  Over the past 27 years of growth, a needed expansion and a detailed remodel in 2012; Panagiotis, Sofia and Polixeni are proud to share our traditions as we create new ones with our guests.

The youngest daughter Polixeni has taken over general operations.  Since then she has grown within the family business maintaining the same work ethic and dedication her parents instilled.  As the years go on and competition increases it has been her main focus to keep Zorba’s current and fresh.    Moving forward this team is creating a culture internally and externally for Zorba’s continued success.
